Macy's has always gone big during the holidays - from its iconic Thanksgiving Day Parade to extraordinary decorated stores. This year, the national retailer is taking "big" to heart with a new nationwide holiday partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. When Macy's approached CCOP earlier this year to help identify a new, mission-aligned nonprofit partner, we launched an accelerated discovery process to deeply align with their new social purpose platform, Mission Every One, which is committed to creating a brighter future with bold representation for all. We were delighted to find that our good friends at Big Brothers Big Sisters were a perfect match for Macy’s largest annual partnership. We couldn't be more excited for this new commitment, bringing Big Brothers Big Sisters and Macy’s together to support mentoring initiatives for adults and youth across the country. // Big Brothers Big Sisters of America: Macy's to Launch Multi-Year Partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America This Holiday Season

The site also details Yield's process for identifying recipient organization, as well as how the organization will operate moving forward. // Yield Giving: About // The Chronicle of Philanthropy: New Mackenzie Scott Website Details $14 Billion in Gifts

"Tumultuous" may be putting it lightly. 2022 was a defining year for ESG, and not without contentious moments. How are you reducing your employees' mental loads? Workplace (and overall) wellbeing involves far more than ensuring work/life balance or offering perks like yoga and meditation classes. Employers should be thinking about how to reduce stressors on their employees, from increased costs of living to childcare and commuting routines for those returning to offices. In addition to reducing mental loads, employers should create clarity around expectations, foster work environments that enable meaningful collaboration and focus time, and designate flexible start/stop times. // Fast Company: Healthy work environments don't happen by accident - here are 6 ways to promote worker wellbeing
